INGREDIENTS
Four corn cobs- Pepper and parsley to taste – 100 ml of extra virgin olive oil – Salt to taste – Half a cup of mayonnaise – Half a teaspoon of garlic powder – Half a lemon – 100 g of cheese
METHOD:
Preheat the oven, place aluminium foil on a baking tray and lay out the corn cobs on it. Add oil, pepper, parsley and salt to taste. Bake for 25 minutes. In a bowl, mix half a spoonful of garlic powder with the lemon juice and mayonnaise. Using a pastry brush, daub the corn cobs with the mixture and add cheese on top to taste. Ready to enjoy!
