Choi Sum Tempura

Ingredients (4 people):
-1 pack of El Dulze Choi Sum
-Tempura batter mix
-Cold water
-Sunflower oil
-Sweet and sour sauce
Wash the Choi Sum under water. Chop the Choi Sum into pieces and heat the oil.
Mix the cold water with the tempura batter as per the instructions.
Dip the pieces of Choi Sum in the batter until they are well coated, then fry them until they are golden.
