The Trocadero lettuce, also known as French lettuce, is a special springtime lettuce
with thin and long, tender and green leaves attached to a short, round stem.
It has a buttery texture and an intense flavour. As a vegetable, it is well known for its special smooth and sweet flavour, just right for subtle dressings.
