CHOI SUM
CHOI SUM is a variety of Chinese cabbage whose name means "heart of the vegetable" from the translation of the Cantonese spoken in the part of China from which it originates and where it is commonly used in cooking.
It is also known as "Chinese flowering cabbage".
When in flower, it develops small yellow flowers at the end of long white or green stalks.
