LOLLO ROSSO
A lettuce from Italy with very curly leaves, an intense red colour, and a bitter taste. Once on your plate, it has a very pleasant texture thanks to its smoothness. Although it is usually marketed whole, its leaves can be harvested separately, and it is often used in salads or mixed with different varieties of lettuce.
